As most know, the only thing truly custom items for TREK Factory Team riders are the name tag and the components. So let's dive into those juicy nuggets.
I was surprised to see Ben not going with a 1x on this course. But when talking to him about it, he just didn't really seem to mind 2x. 54/46 it is up front, with a 165 mm Quarq power meter on the crank, and Shimano Dura-Ace pedals.
Tires will be the 26mm Pirelli P Zero Race. Tubeless of course.
Although it's a little cluttered in the front section of the bike everything does fit well. Center straw fed hydration container with a bottle cage on top allows for up to 50-54 oz's fluid depending on the size of the bottle in the cage. Bike computer mount right where it belongs and some custom carbon arm rest pads.
The center hydration container also is a source of reminder for Ben.

Just in case the bike needed to make up for any clutter going on at the top of the handle bars. The lower portion of the front end is super clean and ready for wind cutting.
Moving to the one thing that will probably matter the most. Ben will go with the Hilo Pro saddle from Bontrager to keep his legs and other things from becoming numb on the day.
