The man known also known as Hawky came to Dubai with great ambitions, but his race did not go as planned and he pulled out during the run with an injury. We however took a few closeup images of his Shimano, Enve, Fizik and Xlab equipped Cervelo P5-6.
The day before the 2015 Challenge Dubai Daniel Halksworth looked very relaxed and ready.
The 5'10" and 72kg Halksworth rides a 51cm Cervelo P5-6 with a good sized bar drop.
The Margura RT8 brakes are standard here, but the Shimano Di2 shifting is optional on the 3T Aduro bars.
Halsworth opted for a XLab Gorilla XT cage as a between the arms mount.
One spacer below the Aduro cockpit is all Halksworth needed.
Daniel Halksworth is a Herbalife man.
170mm Rotor 3D cranks with 54-42 nonQ rings and an SRM power meter. Speedplay pedals are also part of his setup.
Halkworth left the size sticker on his P5 in place.
As we mentioned earlier, Halksworth relies on Shimano Dura-Ace Di2 shifting.
A Fizik Tritone saddle is in place and Halkworth also rides in Fizik shoes.
In Dubai Halkworth had the bib number 44.
The front wheel is an Enve SES 8/9 with a Schwalbe Durano S tire.
